How To Make California Rolls At Home

Hey guys I have gotten a lot of request for me and Nee to do a food video. I know some of you may have seen this on Nee's channel, but for those who have not yet here it is. Hope you all enjoy it. :) This is how me and Nee make california rolls,we aren't pro, but this is how we make it at home. Hope you all give it a try because they are yummmoooooo!!!!!!!

Recipe (Makes 3 large rolls):
3 sheets of nori (dried Seaweed)
2 cups of cooked rice (we used short grain rice)
3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar (It's more mild than the regular vinegar we used.)
2 tbsp of granulated sugar
Imitation crab meat (we ended up using about 1-1/2 cups)
1-2 tbsp of mayo (you can add more of less depending on your preference)
1 medium avocado (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
1 cucumber (sliced)

Soy sauce for serving
Wasabi (optional)
Ginger (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
