Setup
EDF: 2 Global Fly Black Tornado 4000KV, 65mm EDF
ESC: 2 Mega Power Future 60HV ESC
SERVO: 11 Tower Pro SG90 (1 reversed for main retract) after the maiden crash landing, I unplug the retracts channel and remove the drug rudder servos, so now I got 9 servos install.
BETTERY: 1 Hyperion LVZ 4S 4500mah 35C
Use factory recommend CG
Beside the battery weight (about 500g),
I add 125g of lead chips in Canopy to meet the CG that results the flying weight increase to 1858g.
Mod fix landing gear tries to minimize the interference of belly airflow.
Elevon Mixing used with no reflex, throws is +-20(Just in case)/10 mm with D/R switch.
Peak amp draw @ 90amps
During the flight, I use about 50%~80% of thrust, measure the amp draw with cramp meter in thrust output above is 35~50 amps.

  • Wow that thing is fast! I'm impressed that you flew that particular airplane with that much wind. Gutsy!
