could i use this to let my 14 month duaghter to be comfortobale enough to sleep in her own toddler bed, in her own room, and to also sleep through the night ?? i think that would be helpful for many parents

I am sure you can use this technique for your daughter.

just try to feel that you are your daughter and tap saying that "EVEN THOUGH I FEEL INSECURED, FEARFUL & ALONE SLEEPING IN MY TODDLER BED OR IN MY ROOM, AND THAT WANT TO BE CLOSE TO MY MOTHER OR ELSE IT BECOMES DIFFICULT FOR ME TO SLEEP,'I deeply and completely love & accept myself.
