Equipment: 1 Medium Kettlebell/ Playing Cards
Reps: Determined by Card Pulled (Face Cards=10/ Jokers Wild)
Time: 10-30 Minutes

Diamonds: Jump Squats
Hearts: Kettlebell Halos
Clubs: Burpees
Spades: Kettlebell Swings (2-Handed)

Record your total number of circuits and try to beat it each time you workout.
