i live in santa monica. I wonder if LAX is the best airport for takeoffs or not. No fog, always clear weather, constant temps, clear views for miles, no forest, no thunderstorms. I think it must be a favorate for pilots.

Constant sun is helpful for pilots, it makes the weather less of a concern. For this reason Heathrow must be troublesome for pilots because of the large amount of rain.

I prefer to fly Eva air up to Virgin, haha great shot of this airline, nevertheless I fly this year with Emirates to Bangkok from Amsterdam and not with Eva air, because emirates was 300 euro each person cheaper,
