Dragonette Live on CBC Radio's GO - Pick Up the Phone

Troupers that they are these fine musicians got out of bed real early to perform a song off their latest CD.

Dragonette are a Canadian electropop group who have been active since 2005. Dragonette consists of singer-songwriter Martina Sorbara, bassist and producer Dan Kurtz (also in The New Deal), guitarist Chris Hugget and drummer Joel Stouffer.

Dragonette released a self-titled EP before being signed to Mercury Records and relocating to London, UK, where they recorded and released their first album Galore to moderate critical appreciation. A second studio album, Fixin to Thrill, was released in 2009.

Here they perform live on CBC Radio's Saturday morning variety show GO, with host Brent Bambury.
Heard across Canada each and every Saturday morning from 10:30 till noon.
