It is a different shape once it comes out. From 0:00- 1:52 it has an agled bottom, and from 2:00-2:24 it has a flat bottom proving it is a different blade

The guillotine goes into the wooden board and stays there, and a different blade drops down from the lower piece of wooden board.

@robertmooregp No it's not. The French pronounce it how it's suppose to be pronounced but us English and the American's pronounce it how he does in the vid.

Shitest example of the trick. You can clearly see the blades are two different colours giving the illusion away just from watching it.
