Pope Benedict XVI will visit Portugal in May 2010

Benedict XVI will travel to Fatima and other cities in Portugal next May. Its expected that he will celebrate a Mass in the shrine of Fatima on the 13th of that month, 93 years after the first apparition of the Virgin Mary to three peasant children, Jacinta, Lucia and Francisco.

As prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Ratzinger wrote the theological commentary that went along with the fourth secret.

This would be the fifth time the pope visits Fatimas shrine. Paul VI was the first pope to go there in 1967.

John Paul II made the trip on three occasions: in 1982, 1991 and in the year 2000. He always believed the Virgin of Fatima saved his life when his life was threatened on May 13, 1981, the feast of the Virgin of Fatima.

The message of Fatima was from the devil, not from God because it magnifies Mary, not God. It proclaims a false message that we can be saved by our devotion to Mary's immaculate heart. Scripture, however proclaims that salvation is achieved only through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Repent from this evil practice and worship God alone.

Besides on APRIL 10, 2010 there was "THE J.P.II pope's DAY" because IT was "A DAY of 5th ANNIVERSARY of THE DEATH of J.P.II". We KNOW that IN FACT J.P.II DIED on APRIL 2, 2005 but "THE 5th ANNIVERSARY" was TRANSFERED to APRIL 10, 2010 because APRIL 2, 2010 was "GOOD FRIDAY"!
