very little valuable content that Michael is pushing. most everything he is talking about are averages, planning with representative probabilities (based on perfect information), and experts that are in fact, not experts. an expert doesn't expose his/her own views, they analyze a sample set....seems like a bunch of words relabeled as trigger words in order to snare the viewer and/or reader into "new concepts."
