  • big production! thanks junkie :D

  • Even to this day the lyrics are relevant common is amazing classic album for me this album was 5 mics and XXL Let me know if ya I agree and I'm out 1 laters....

  • this is fresh! nice upload

  • Common always brings it.

  • @colenbrak this was released in 1994. It's different than the shit out today, but better. Common's flow was dope as fuck on Resurrection and at that time his lyrics were much different than most, and No I.D.'s weird drum patterns with simple samples was never heard of before. This album was a classic. And if you don't like the old school sound The Dream The Believer is a great listen.

  • @OriginiLL92TiLL that line is dope as fuck

  • @colenbrak

I think you're overlooking Common's uniquely nice sounding style and delivery in his older music from the 90s. Like most artist his new stuff isn't the same, but it's surprisingly good, like Ghetto Dreams featuring Nas, they both ripped it (in 2011). Common Sense is noted as a sick lyricist too, if you pay attention to his lyrics you might catch some clever quotable's. But to each his own, there's no gun to your head as you listen to this, you can listen to something else.

  • 3:06 , "I try to keep my concentration in this idiotic nation, they say become a doctor, but I don't have the patience". Common's iLLL! Btw Hell on Wheels is this pretty dope new TV series Common plays a big role in. Check it out.

  • sorry you guys aren't really convincing me

  • @colenbrak Can I Borrow a Dollar?, Resurrection, One Day It'll All Make Sense, Like Water For Chocolate, Electric Circus, Be, Finding Forever, and The Dreamer, The Believer. Have you even seen his discography?
