@djmcjo123 it had xp on it for many years but i got the zango virus ms antispywear rogue and my websearch virus on it all in one with bios antivirus disabled and crappy avg on it and completly crashed after 2 months. my dad tried every thing to get xp on it but it either wouldnt boot from the xp cd or if he installed it from another computer then put the hd back in it alwaysed crashed on the loading bar. recently i tried upgrading it from me to xp but it keept refusing to copy system files.

my 98 machine has 640mb's of ram was custom built and 1.20ghz it used to have xp on it until i got a virus now it runs what it first ran when my dad built it WINDOWS 98!! my favourite os

@jrecoskie Nice 640mbs of ram on 98 Tryed to put 2000 or xp on? i still have my orignal 2002 xp computer with the restore cd and manual with 512 mb of ram and a 1.4ghz amd athlon plus i got a packard bell with 98 Pentuim 3 still warrenty card and evry think that came with t restore cd mointer And i finesed my lan Network but i cant connect to the internet while im lan so i have to use my wireless laptop!
