I think it's the same I use it on my car every wash plus I use the rain x stuff u put in the washer fluid. I work at a car wash and the shine depends on the condition of the cars paint aswell. On some cars it come out lime u just waxed it.

What I would really like to know is, is this silicone based like rain x original. Because I want to know what effects rain x washer additive will have on the front windscreen if you have the complete surface version of rain x already applied.
