of course you can
it's a intel core2duo t7250 or something like this which works at 2,00 ghz
2,00gb ddr2 ram
and the fps is at 30 constant at all on minimum. with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 it slowly starts to get a few lags!
for me it's just playable at minimum settings!
