what he's trying to speak was Chinese, exactly Cantonese. It sounds kinda like Vietnamese but it's not Vietnamese at all; Vietnamese speak more slightly. However, he makes me laugh :)

No,the Vietnamese feel like the way he learns our language with his wife but Some of you dont understand that he should not say it in dog voice. But at least he makes me laugh at fist.

@dannyha97 its just for fun! I'm also asian and I find it funny! comedy is just finding normal everyday humurous... but sometimes its very annoying too especially if you are not in the mood.
