No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence (including DOZENS of DNA samples of skin hair, etc of Rudy!) of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them. RS & AK are innocent.

@bradcasali BS! No one commits murder for no reason, and then leaves virtually nothing in the way of DNA evidence!! Rudy Guede's DNA was everywhere, as well as blood and gore everywhere. Impossible for anyone else to be there and not leave it too. Rudy Guede is the only guilty one - he had motive and left copious amounts of DNA evidence.

Oh there is evidence but it's so weak that it's irrelevant.

@fretbuzz59 Thanks for the article; although it's nearly a year old and they just ruled on what evidence is allowed for the first appeal. She got the DNA on the knife to be reexamined but no crime scene.
Italian appeals do not allow new evidence in trial. The evidence allowed in for the second appeal is a very, very, very small portion that convicted her.
Also, Guede's second appeal was summarily rejected. Not good for Knox and Sollecito because the court found all three guilty.

@bradcasali Watch the 48 hrs show, and do some internet searching. The following article I've linked to outlines the accusations of malfeasance. Also, notice how much motive is mentioned and how hard the prosecutor worked to establish one. w_w_w.Tkatu.com/news/local/912

@kimatoz3 There's usually some pathology with people like that. The motive is the desire to satisfy their sicko proclivities.

@fretbuzz59 I don't mean intent or malice here. Malice and/or premeditation is certainly required for murder (versus manslaughter), but motive--that is, something would be gained from killing someone else, like a life-inheritance or money--I don't think is required to establish murder.
Also, don't be evasive. If it's well established, then link me some credible sources.
Not ALL killers have a "motive." Check out Homolka & Bernardo; or Leopold & Loeb-

@fretbuzz59 Big news for you: Motive is not required to prove someone committed murder.
Also, please provide references for your intimate knowledge of a botched investigation.
