How to make MASOUB - banana and bread breakfast recipe

This is an extremely popular and traditional dish in Saudi Arabia especially in the western part of Saudi Arabia .. It's origonally a Yemani dish .... and popular as well
It's basically a banana and Paratha (an Indian fried bread - each loaf is about 60g in weight) which you can find it in any middle eastern or indian grocery around you .. I did find it easily in Vancouver, BC ...

Recipe for 1 person:

3 bananas (medium sized)
4 parathas (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/843/20111107210630.jpg/)

Optional additives : ghee, melted butter, honey, evaporated milk, or sugar ..... you can add one of them NOT ALL together

This is the basic authentic recipe ... There are different recipes that I might do videos on at some point in future.

If you have an Electric Meat Grinder it will be better to use it for the sake of speed and the ease of the job + it would be more hygienic :) .... any way I have clean hands :)

واللي يسوي العريكة مو انا ولد عمي في ماليزيا

ممكن تسوي العيش على جنب والموز على جنب .. وتحمي العيش على النار مع السمن ..

لما ينشف العيش تضيف عليه ملعقتين سكر وربع ملعقة هيل وتحط الموز ..

مجرد ما تحط الموز خليه ٣ دقايق على نار هادئه ..

وبعدها تحطه في صحن التقديم وهوا حار حط عليه ملعقتين قشطه وفوقه عسل .. وبالعافيه :)

اللي يبي الفطيره سووها تراها ولا اسهل.. كاس طحين بر وكاس طحين عادي عليها ماء لين يصير خليط سايل شوي وبعدي على النار تسويلك كم فطيره وبس .. راعي المقطع سنع بصراحه هههههه

i made this today. it was wonderful. i used a chopper instead of a grinder since i didnt have one ! , i like it. !!
