I'm ready to Finally and Fully Comit to loosing weight and getting the body that all the ladies are asking for ... I mean, I've been asking for. I think we all owe Shay a great deal of appreciation and thanks just for getting this started, let alone everything else he has done and will do. God Bless Him! Lets do it Youtubers! And by youtubers I mean all the cool people ... not the hundreds of thousands annoying little brats taking a 15 minute break from X-BOX, Facebook, Twitter, and Texting so they can feel better about themselves by making fun of everyone else. Yeah Those People ... You know what Im talking about .... jerk faces. K LOVE YOU BYE BYE!

  • Hey i've had the same problem!

    My Face and body parts looked casual, but my belly was giving it away.

    and again, i wasn't Fat. it was such an inconvenience, because all of my friends looked really skinny and i was the "Funny chubby guy of The Group".

    But exercises won't help it as much as sitting on a hard diet

    and really mea HARD. My main enemy was my distended stomach, so i had to slowly start eating less and less until it would be reduced and i would eat once i a day Casually.

  • @RyouuichiKun15 No dude, thats probably the worst thing you can do to yourself is only eat once a day. You need to eat, just dont eat crap and dont eat as much of it at the same time. You NEED to exercise. the diet is great but the reality is you wont get anywhere by just eatting healthy. Your body needs to burn more calories than it is taking in but it still needs calories to do the job. Trust me dude, it will only hurt you the way you are thinking about it.

  • There is nothing magic about losing weight. Keep in mind that everyone can run, lift weights and do all sorts of exercises. The trickest part is nutrition, I don't really agree with the idea of having only raw vegs and fruits. There are two things you should have in your nutrition and two things you should avoid. Protein and Complex carbohydrates are the most important elements you should have them in each and every meal. On the other hand, avoid fats and simple carbohydrates as you possibly can

    oh,sorry I must have not properly expressed my thought.

    I did not actualy eat JUST once a day - i had a decent breakfast/dinner and would casualy eat some fruits and vegetables along the way. And i've meant that weight- lifting and push-ups are good and everything but you'd have to do it constantly almost every day to see the results while Running in the park - is another thing - a 150pound person will burn approximately 100 calories per mile when running.

  • it sounds like you cut a lot from the video cause in the beginning when you were talking it cuts what u were saying into something else

    and the sound changes barely.

    i can just tell you cut some of it out.
