one you count 1 2 3 as eighth notes, one you count 1 2 3 as quarter notes. Basically, there are more technical differences, but 3/8 is easier to count fast, cuz it makes it so the sixteenths are 1 & 2 & 3 & instead of 1 e & uh, y'know?

yeah when I started, the section with the 2 pulgar strings and the open g and b all on one beat was difficult, now it's not so difficult. On a side note, does anyone know what the diffence between 3/8 and 3/4 is? I mean you still count 3 beats to a measure. 123, 123, etc.
