@KingsBurial LOL, DC's silly. I just did some research on wiki to support my theory, and even though the Phoenix Force was supposedly a separate entity from her, Jean should be able to use pyrokinetics without being merged with the Phoenix. It's just an assumption of mine, so it can probably be refuted, but if she has telekinesis, she can move objects with her mind, as well as energy, and if fire is a form of energy, she can maybe collect surrounding energy and make it combustible? not sure

Jean looks awesome and fun in this game. FREE telekinesis? haha, although I bet it has limits: e.g., probably doesn't work on non-common enemies (bosses or 'leaders'/sub-bosses), and only on 1 enemy at a time? I guess I'll have to get the 360 version if I want Storm's powers to look AWESOME and be destructive...

@lucaschermontsantos I guess game developers don't care much about story integrity/continuation? DOH! I wonder if they would claim that she didn't have to die, if you saved her instead of Nightcrawler (although in the ending, 'Jean', or her voice actress, is told that she has to die in the game). Besides; Nightcrawler is currently dead in the comics, but I guess that's just coincidence.

So they made the telekinesis look like the one from ultimate alliance? I preferred the look of her tk from xML 1 . You could do more stuff with it..

@fuuinekusu Yes, she has fire powers. There's this comic issue where Jean easily defeat a herald of Galactus with "fiery reality backed from the sun itself" and it is her job to "burn away what doesn't work". Because of her "extreme" fire power, her pyrokinesis power is not any ordinary pyrokinesis, but cosmic pyrokinesis which is the power of her ultimate bond with Phoenix Force as one true Phoenix.
