@clarran92 I would rather shove needles up my ass than play a korean MMO. The grind in those games.. Unbelievable. My thoughts on SWTOR, though, after I hit 25ish I just lost all interest. It's very reminiscent of my experience with DCUO. It's really fun for about 30-50 hours, then meh. SWTOR and DCUO give you absolutely no tools or incentive to do anything but solo. Warhammer Online (although a kinda shitty game) did something right with public quests. Other games should steal that.

True. boomkins aint a melee class to begin with...

So you say the combat isn't two players standing there just attacking with scripted animations, yet nearly every example of combat is two guys standing there slashing at eachother with light sabers...
I had the opportunity to beta test this game, and the combat is not any more interactive than WoW or similar games. Vindictus is actually a game I'd give props for having a fluid combat system.

STO looks visually better than ToR.

It looks EXACTLY the same as other games, just a bit nicer animations. Maybe they should learn from DCUO and actually have SOME skill combat in it rather then TAB + 1-5 gameplay...

@ronnysoeberg And then you buy a totaly story-driven game? :l Wouldn't something like Aion suit it better then? Plus Aion is free-to-play :)

Just bought this game, downloading now. I only hope I can skip the boring-ass story shit. I don't care about SW story AT ALL. I know that the story is the point of this game, but ... Don't want it.Only bought SWTOR because I'm out of other games to play.
the odd thing about this mmo is even no it has similarities to wow i never felt it was a wow clone.

Dude, you guys show a Boomkin attacking some Felguard and make that a prime example of WoW's fighting animations? Peace, I'm not watching this anymore
