Tabata training is an incredibly effective way of achieving great fat loss results in a very short amount of time. This form of high intensity interval training has been proven to burn much more fat than the standard cardio and weight lifting forms of training.   • that side to side move looks kinda like caporeira

  • Good exercises, but keep in mind tabata is meant to work your max. Sprints will always be the best for maximum results.
