America has some rappers that carry a message like this. Check out Del Tha Funkee Homosapian if you want a good example, but that aside, Hilltop Hoods is the best. Not just better than any american, but better than anyone else, period.

@chevy57belair Maybe percentage wise but that's kind of an ass backwards way of looking at it. I love Hilltop Hoods but I am probably going to side with the country that made Jay, Pac, Biggie, Ali, Em, Nas. I just don't think there is any competition but that may just be me

Wait you guys are saying these guys are better then Atmosphere, Eyedea and abilitys, Murs, Immortal Tech, People under the stairs etc.. ? wow. No one is the best when it comes to rap or hip hop period. Everyone has different styles thats what makes people become fans of certain rappers. There is real rap and hip hop in places where hip hop is. A great example is Japan. That place is really starting to become a complete hip hop place. btw I do listen to a lot of rap and hip hop. :D
