Joe P.O.V-

No! I had followed her home to make sure everything was ok, I watched as cody kissed her, It was like the floor was falling from beneath my feet, I could feel my heart sinking, that should be me. I stared at them, she wasn't pulling back, did she want to kiss him? I thought back to her first day in the cafeteria, She said she loved me, Have her feelings changed, After being away from me for five years? But that never stopped me loving her, If anything it made me love her more! The thoughts were rushing through my head, none of them making proper sense, I shook myself. I know i have to tell her how i feel, but is it too late? I Snapped out of it.

Joe- DEMI!!!!!!

~Demi's P.O.V~

I heard someone shout my name! It sounded like...no it couldn't be, what was he doing here! I felt guilt rush through me. Had he seen Cody kiss me? I looked over at Cody who was smirking. Then it hit me, This had all been a set up to get back at joe, I can't believe i fell for it, I feel so stupid. I had fallen for it, and now had to suffer the consequences. I was praying that joe would see through my stupidity and realize what had happened, But one look at his face told me that he hadn't. Seeing the hurt in his eyes made me want to drop down to my knees and sob, I new from that one glance some thing that i hadn't realized before, I loved him. The thought surprised me, I love him, but now i had ruined everything. I wanted to kill cody, for what he had done, I was truly happy for the first time in 5 years and in just one day he had ruined it. I wanted to run to Joe, to throw my arms around his neck and explain everything, but i knew he wouldn't listen. I tried to call out his name, but the lump in my thought kept me silent. As i watched him turn and walk away i could feel the first of the hot tears running down my face, I looked at cody who i was surprised to see looking guilty. I looked after joe, I knew what i had to do, I'll explain, he was, hopefully still is, my best friend, i know he will understand. I could feel the ground passing from under my feet as i ran to him, I could see him getting closer with each step, I just hoped that he would understand*

~Joe P.O.v~

I stared at her, I knew what she had done was wrong, but was it her fault? Whosever fault it was i couldn't stand here any longer, I reluctantly turned away from her face, and started to walk away. I had only walked a little way when i heard heavy footsteps come up behind me. I turned and looked as she ran towards me, I knew she had come to explain, She stopped in front of me, i looked into her chocolate brown eyes, i could feel myself melt, I loved her so much, If only she knew that!*

Joe- Demi?

Demi- Joe! Please let me explain.
