Commanding on ns_eclipse (w/ comm voice)

A short and brutal round for aliens on ns_eclipse.

I use custom transparent sprites for the comm interface. Get it at www.ninelegends.com, or the direct link for the full pack here:

The only icons you need to replace for the comm chair to have it appear like mine in the video are:

commandbutton.spr
commandstatus.spr
logout.spr
topdownbg.spr
topdowntop.spr

I left the original upgrades.spr since I like its look better than the ninelegends one.
