I filmed this at home after I noticed there aren't that many cooldown tracks out there...or Bachata tracks - both of which I LOVE!!
Its very simple choreo however can be done with intensity to really work the hips and abs on the cooldown phase. The one move that advances forward should have been done on the opposite side the second time...and the last grapevine-type booty pop to the side should have one foot crossing over behind in both directions...not just in one direction! But you get the drift :P
Thoroughly recommend a stretch track after too...enjoy!
@dancingelena Aw yay, thanks babe!! Well that one is one of my usual cooldown tracks...but actually I was getting a good old sweat up doing it last night for this vid, interesting when you approach it as a standalone track (phew!) rather than at the end of class! I have stretch tracks too, am just getting my favourite one ready to post next! x
