You can tell Joss really respects Gladys. They both sing from within and I have to say, I saw Gladys live a year or two ago and she can cut it live like no one!

AMAZING!!! Gladys is just a LEGEND but Joss is a wonderful singer. They sound great together. Joss is in that class and so underrated because she isn't being skanky and autotuned.

I've only recently discovered Joss Stone, but the thing I get when watching/hearing her is...she's not in it to be a star. She respects the art and she respects the great artists that have come before her. It really shows in how she presents her art. She doesn't have the experience that Gladys Knight has, but she's got the tools to be as great, and I believe if she continues to work with and learn from these greats she will easily be in their company.
