@blackjack207207 Also, almost nobody on old /b/ was a "hacker", it was just something we told people to scare the shit out of them. If you can run a basic DDOS script people suddenly think you are a hacking god.

Also, we were never really actively misanthropic, we just liked what we liked and hated what we hated. There was also a heavy helping of "offensive" shit (CP, Gore, Racism) to keep new people out. We liked our little club, the fewer tools, the better.

@FrankinKal96 Ive been a regular of 4chan for about 7-8 years now, and I really don't like how the whole "anon" thing has become co-opted by douchebags with a "mission". Old 4chan was about doing whatever the fuck you wanted with no repercussions. If you thought that kid about to kill himself was a tool, you told him to do it. It was funny.
