No need to apologise, most Brits are snobbish when it comes to accents and can't get it through their thick skulls that you can have a British accent and say a Scottish accent at the same time. The term British is simply a general term, and is a good indicator of where in the world you are referring to. I have a British and a southern english accent, for example.

im english and i bloody LOVE AMERICA!!! Cont- You will probably get people complaining about the use of the word cheerio, Sad people I'm afraid. Apparently we don't say that anymore, So lots of people will say. Personally I do and everyone in my town where I come from, So its a regional thing, Just ignore those comments, Some people are just not happy unless they are moaning about something. There is no need for you too apologise, I have watched the video in question, And you said nothing wrong, I don't know why a lot of my fellow countrymen make a big deal out of these things. its no big deal, Considering England is in Britain, so therefore it is a British accents, And as you can tell by the comments, England have a lot of ignorant, rude and abusive people, just like everywhere else. It is us that should apologise to you.

Sorry you had negative coments, I thought your video was chaming (and I talk like a more northern version of 'Giles' from Buffy, it you are interested). Anyway British people secretly think Americans are cool, we just don't like to admit it openly and they might even be tempted to hide it with petty aggression or crankiness.
