And I'm pretty sure that Roxy killed the cat, G-Cat teleported to the cat, (That Roxy had appearifed from Rose, that was why he went missing) and taunted him, making Frigglish (Jaspers) to get under the book that Roxy was appearifying, which caused his death by crushing him. So Roxy sent him back, which he appeared in the ocean.
This also reminds me of dead Nepeta. qq
