@hawk546 haahahhaahah and "nerdy" Cal students end up as Nobel prize winners. yet the Cal student visitor's section was consistently louder than the rest of your students in the Big Game rivalry game this past Saturday. you guys bring homework to the stadium (see the ESPN pic). you guys are fair weather fans. nothing wrong with it, just own up to it.
To follow up on my previous comment: To do these things at the level and regularity that Stanford grads do takes some "sacrificing" Saturday mornings before game day.
1. We have the smallest student population of any major football school combined with THE SECOND LARGEST campus in the world, by area. For EA to say we aren't interested by not seeing anyone near the classrooms on Saturday morning says absolutely nothing.
2. To imply there's something wrong with us because we like to finish up our work before heading to games is dumb. Kids might be getting hammered in Tuscaloosa on Saturdays, sure, but we're starting Fortune 500 companies and leading countries.
Of course the Quad is empty on game day! There are only classrooms there. Come on Erin! Do you really think we're *that* nerdy? Class on Saturday? Head over to the Row or better yet, head over to Arillaga and hit up some tailgates.
Full Disclosure: I actually did have class on Saturday one quarter :)
@beeasyed uhh can you please provide a link to this piicture you speak of

@hawk546 Lol. You couldn't come across much more arrogant, douchie, and overly sensitive to a perceived slight if you tried.
Alabama has a better game day environment than Stanford, it's not the end of the world.
