she just wants to save her brother! they were together for 11 years and Derek is the best neurosurgeon that's not a surprise that she wants him to do the surgery! I will do the same if there was something wrong with my sibling

Not once did I say that Derek DOESN'T love Meredith so lay off the quotes next time.
Learn to re-read peoples comments before jumping to conclusions. Would also help if you proof read your own comments before posting haha.

might I also add, that we don't know the context of their kiss... for all we know, it could be slowed/manipulated by the promotion people.

Whoa there is a lot of fighting going on...
I just have to say that, whilst MD aren't my favourite couple, I like them when they are happy, and I believe that one Addek kiss will NOT cause them to break up, if anything it will probably make them stronger.
Addison is the best character IMO, and the pressure she is putting on Derek is what most people would be doing, counting on their doctor to save their family.
Kate is doing some AMAZING acting, and I'm really loving all these Addek scenes. (:

Her brother is dying for crying out loud. So what if she is putting pressure on him, it is his job. I sure would be putting pressure on the doctor to save my family member. I sure would hate to be related to some of you heatless people. .
