Chef Arturo, of Stango's Restaurant in Glen Cove, NY prepares his dish "Penne Arturo." He uses penne pasta, fresh garlic, fresh tomatoes, chopped onions, sweet Italian sausage, basil, hot vinegar peppers, parsley, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (even greener), chicken stock and red kidney beans.
