swift 16, flybarless no stabilization

forgot to order mixing arms after a little mishap so I just made it flybarless following speedstick3d's video. setup is as follows.

stock everything :)

no weight in the blades
S3151 futaba servos
DX6i radio
dual rate (%50)
expo (started at 60% (very little movement, the last short hope was down to %25 and was flying better)

rest of the heli
GY401
S9257 futuba tail servo
Century 600+ 1100Kv motor
zippy 6S 4000Mah 20C lipo
Turnigy 85A esc

this was my maiden flight after my mishap and my first attempt at flybarless, i will post more results as I find them. i think the hub is slighty bent from the crash, going to order a new aluminum one if I don't sell the swift.
