Iowa Film Incentives panel, part 1

Iowa City Landlocked Film Festival panel discussion with Iowa Motion Picture Association and "16 to Life".

Three weeks after this panel, the tax-credits program was suspended amidst allegations of mismanagement by the Iowa Film Office. Governor Culver has obtained the help of State Auditor David Vaudt and Attorney General Tom Miller in the oversight of this matter. Stakeholders remain hopeful the Iowa Film Incentives will resume as soon as possible.
