  • My Intu-Flow DVDs should be arriving in the mail today. I'm a runner who is once again sidelined by tight hamstrings and (what I think are) tight iliopsoas muscles. No matter what I do, I can't release the iliopsoas and as a result, walking is difficult and running is damn near impossible due to my limited range of motion. I hope I can write back very soon with my own Intu-Flow success story!!

  • I've been using intuflow nearly everyday and it's supercharged everything I do.

  • This whole series of videos is amazing. There is so much to help any flexibility/ range of motion issues for anyone from grandmother to olympic athlete. Love it :)

  • This is wonderful! I wonder if the PFPS in my left knee allows me to progress with this....
