@rhoejaqueswift AAAAHHHHHH HA HA HA!!!! ME TOO! I got one in August. A beautiful 89' E-150 conversion and th first time driving it in the snow on highway 119, I slide off the road, into a ditch and took out 3 fence posts and a fence. Minor damage but it still sucks to go from a beautiful exterior to some scratches and a bent rear-bumper. Be careful out there. Its an ok vehicle in the snow if you drive slow. Check out my vid of me speeding in it. I was barely pressing on the gas but it sure went!

Tow truck driver is a moron. You never try to pull out a vehicle from the side. That move probably caused major damage to the steering/front suspension.

if the tow truck driver would of low lined the cable your bumper would of never broke. Sure hope AAA paid to get your bumper fixed.
