I wouldn't call the Capcom I/O the "holy grail." It's certainly useful in for running a Naomi in a JAMMA based cab, but it's not going to let you play with any of the cool control panels. For fighting games, then the Capcom I/O is gdlk. CPS-2 kicks harness connector built right into it.
If you're running in a sega JVS cab then the Sega JVS I/O would be your "holy grail." In a hybrid like a blast w/ 001 loom then the Sega JVS to JAMMA I/O would be.

OK so i don't just buy the Sega Naomi and then buy the little white cartridge then put the cartridge in the Naomi i have to buy a power supply and then i have to buy one of those big arcade screens with the joy stick ? please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;( im getting a Naomi for my birthday i really want on and im getting the Sega horse racing game too so send me a youtube message telling me everything i need to get a Naomi my youtube account name is eggstick so pleas help me man :) thanks a lot :)
