SOFTPRO Paperless Signing at the Point of Sale (POS, Retail)

Piles of paper receipts are no longer fitting in the environment of a modern Point of Sale. Electronic receipt management offers enhanced customer experience and significant cost reductions.

With this solution, cardholders paying with an ec- or credit card sign the electronic signature pad (the SignPad eSignio), instead of a paper receipt. The electronic receipts are captured and archived . Following the authorization the cardholder receives a printed copy of the receipt as usual.
