It´s beautiful, i wish we had it here in Sweden. Kettlebells and Zurkhane whould make wonders for me, or anybody in strenght.
In west, even in US there "indian clubbells" is getting more famous, and that is the same thing but, i don´t know why they didin´t mention it´s persian club bells

this is one of the most effiective work outs ever
-
Is this made of wood? If this is pure cast metal I wouldn't believe it.
-
What were the big square shield-like slabs they were working with?
-
Great workout. Should start this in the states
-
it depends.. they can't just make them really big if they want heavier a heavier club, most of those are compressed so that the wood is smaller and then put together to make it weight more.
-
I believe that mostly they use wood, but many of them will have lead caps on them to increase the weight
-
Is time saving to use these clubs !
Swinging them,makes your SHOULDERS,FOREARMS and WRIST, very strong at the sametime;
There is another instrument ,called KABBADE!
That is for shoulder and in PURE METAL!
Is verrrry HEAVY and is used by VETERANS of ZURKHANEH!!!

Actually, it's originally Persian. It migrated to India and mixed with indigenous yoga.
