I like this a lot, it is practical. a strong kicker, muay thai, karate, taekwon do anything, there is no way you can block that with an arm!

i still disagree. my old sensei always told me block with a low block the only way that a round house can break my arm as if the roundhouse was stronger than my block. you always on basic technique first and last, at least that my sensei teached me.
