klamath dams: tear em' down

The Klamath River was once the third largest salmon producing river in the West. This supported Native Americans since time immemorial. Due to 4 dams, owned by PacifiCorp, which in turn in owned by billionaire Warren Buffet, these fish are on the verge of extension. This effects native Americans today, who still rely on the river and its fish. Today, these dams are currently up for relicencing. Bring the salmon home!

I am Yurok and the fish kill of 2002 was devastating. Since then i have been so tempted to just blow those dams up. The dams are interfereing with the promises of the great spirit when we were given the land on the lower klamath. when we were led there we were told that everything we would need to live has been provided. But now the white man has come and ruined that for us. Death to Buffet!!! down with pacific corp...who is with me???

Bring the Spring Salmon Home-Take Out the 4 Dams in the Klamath River.They Don't:Control Floods,Serve Ag,Make Much Power;& Do:Create Toxic Algae Blooms,Cause Fish Kills & Diseases,Cause Greenhouse Gases,& are bad for salmon people. These 4 dams have blocked the sacred Spring Chinook Salmon runs from getting to their natal spawning grounds for almost 100 years.
