It's not as bad as I remembered. The lips are bizarre, but they don't look as strange to me now as they did when I was little. The character design is actually pretty good — smooth drawings but... well, to call that "animation" wouldn't be right. Still, there's more movement than I thought. At least Swampy actually beats the oil drum.
There's more of a plot than I remembered, too. As a kid, I was probably too distracted by the lips to notice.
For those of later generations who are jealous of those who had Loony Tunes and other classic cartoons to watch, we also had to watch THIS sometimes. Ugh!
