you seem so friendly and easygoing (despite your social anxiety) and you also seem funny. Even though you can't see that you're a good person i'm sure you are! stay strong and be positive, S.A.D sucks, but with hope we can beat it one day or at least cope with it! awesome video, thanks for putting yourself out there. videos like these really help me because I feel like i'm not so alone with my disorder.

Hi John! Thanks for posting this, I feel a lot of the sentiments you're explaining. 2 quick things. 1) You're married, right? Someone volunteered to spend her life with you!! No one forced her! She thinks you're so awesome, she said "Hey, can I spend every minute near you until I die?" Wow!! 2) John, you give other people WAY too much credit. People are lucky to be in your presence. Are others more important than you!? NO! (PS, you're hysterically funny, too "burning kittens"?!)
