What a absolute bunch of rubbish. This is not a sound public annoucement, but the rantings of a mad man calling the end of the world in the park. Bill who? He obviously has no Idea what CO2 is in the scheme of things, as why 350 ppm? Especially when you consider that it it was 500ppm it would be only a 0.00015% change to the atmosphere. To bad you fell for it, and posted the video, sucker.

@twells2 Why can't you accept that there is an opposing SCIENTIFIC view? AGW is a THEORY which CANNOT be proven. Why must you attack those whose opinions differ? Linking AGW sceptics to the holocaust ("denier") is another warmy favourite; designed to bully and shout down opposing views. How about you try listening & discussing opposing points of view without first resorting to the verbal diarrhoea you warmies are so fond of, eh?

@twells2 So 10 years of stable temperatures. Growing ice caps. Record sea ice area in Antarctica. A much warmer medieval warm period. And so on... these are all facts which fly in the face of your doom theories. Don't forget that 150 years ago the earth came out of a little ice age which is why the planet has warmed just less than 1 degree celcius. Ooh scary!

4500 of the 6000 temp gathering stations were shut down because they didnt agree with the global warming scam.

Using numbers from the US DOE, China alone will be emitting ~25Gt CO2 by yr 2050, in a 'bus. as usual' scenario, or ~19Gt in an 'extreme austerity' scenario. This ignores The other 2 economies which will have passed the US in CO2 emissions by then. Compare that with ENTIRE WORLD CO2 emissions of a mere 8Gt for the yr 2005 from CDIAC. Given the reality of the above numbers, which are NOT contested, what kind of fool could possibly believe that it's possible to trim CO2 emissions by ANY amount?

@twells2 Actually, the theory of evolution is based on very strong scientific evidence. AGW, however, is hardly plausible. For starters, and despite obscene Govt funding, the case for AGW has not advanced despite 20yrs of trying. Warmies arguments are so weak that pretty much the only options left for them are desperate techniques like abuse and the appeal to authority (the Royal Society believes it and like the Royal Society is really old and like distinguished, so AGW must be true).

It's been well documented that the argument over who or what caused global warming is one of the primary socialogical reasons we aren't coming together to actually do something about GW. So please stop arguing about it.

Has anyone looked at the thawing tundra lately? Talk about a tripping point. OMG!
