What you say is true, however in the big picture, there are many Libertarians who are not happy with Bob as of late and looking for someone else who will support the constitution. Everybody on jury duty, should find everybody charged with this kind of bullshit crime, no guilty under "Jury Nullification" for it being a bad law in contradiction of the constituion's Second Amendment ! ! !

Additionally Nobody should be found guilty for any possession charge, only the charges of crimes ACTUALLY commited against another Human or animal, PERIOD. EVERY CITIZEN IS HURT EVERY TIME SOMEBODY FINDS ANOTHER CITIZEN GUILTY FOR A POSSESSION CHARGE BECAUSES IT VIOLATES THE 2nd AMD.

Obamas NOT going to ban guns ! Hypothetical : Obama will institute the "Guns for Responsible Americans Initiative" . In 2010 the A.T..F. will require ALL Americans to register AND pay $200 for EACH gun they have . The profits will go to aid those families injured by guns . 2011 all previous will apply but also the price will increase to $500 AND you must take a 40 hour firearm training course . 2012 all previous will apply but the price will be $2000 per gun . But he WILL NOT ban guns !
