  • this system was really rushed. the system itself is stiff and flawed. e.g. the block button can be by passed far too easily, you can't really run away because it takes time for your character to blooody turn around and the platforms are only there for cheap wins as you can use it to confuse the AI of the CPU and so get really cheap shots in. it should be the reverse. any fancy moves are pointless as they can be countered with the staandard ones easily. As a review 3 but as a game 2

  • Sorry but it doesn't take long at all to turn around, Def Jam moves at a slower pace than this game.

  • best way to win with cloud is to floor someone run to a new floor charge up your meteor attack and repeat...you can also do counter moves (used to dodge projectiles and grapples or break a combo) and BLOCK (which yu obviously haven't been doing). the sound effects SUCK, the hell you mean they're ok? music yeah i agree its cool. a similar ps1 game thats better is destrega..you move freely but it goes into 2 modes-if ur close you use to ur close combat fighting set..if ur far you use magic.

  • I really don't think the sound effects are that bad, but it's a matter of perception really.

  • yeah, 500 copys... pssh i remember when this game was released in game rental stores, im sure it's not 500 lol

  • Like I stated, it was a rumor I heard. Though there is no disputing how rare this game is to this day.

  • Probly more like 10,000 copies stateside

  • I just bought this game on Ebay today for my birthday and I was able to find a used copy of this for $35 dollars, every other seller was selling it for more than $50 dollars, so this a truly rare game.

    Good review!

  • i always wanted to try this game, they had it at a gamestop near my house a few months ago, surprised it was 35 dollars! i wish i had bought it!
