A Change in Me - DVD Version

The DVD cut of me singing "A Change in Me." I still think the karaoke track was WAY too slow. At least I was pretty much over whatever had been afflicting me while I was doing Beauty and the Beast the month earlier. This is what happens when sing while trying not to cry, not to trip over your gown, and not breathing. lol It's not perfect, but I'm never satisfied.

constructive critism: - you were a tad sharp at the beginning. - after you sing long phrases, you have the tendency to do a super vibrato.

but even good people need help sometimes. Keep up the vocal training and maybe ask about the vibrato thing.

I'm not uptight, really. I just don't generally appreciate comments on my videos that say "go watch this person omg they rock."  I'm an artist first, pageant competitor second - if that, even. I'm sure you were trying to be funny but it wasn't.

No vocal coloring. No nuance. A struggle all the way through. Obvious nerves. But you definitely have talent. It just needs to be honed.
