Full-Barani = a one and a half twisting double front. Tucked and straight.
Full-Out = a full twisting double back. Tucked is the only position shown in this video.
*Note: The skills that I do that land on my back are the progression for the Full-Barani. It's a full twisting front flip where you tuck your head under and rotate 3/4 to your back. They were done on purpose.
