always loved the fact that my middle school singlet looks exactly like the iowa singlet.... also, correct me if im wrong, but doesnt soundly beat him mean he was mainly in control the whole time, not necessarily kicked his butt really bad?

@littlecow If you take Metcalf out of the picture, Palmer is a very dominating wrestler. He has beat Metcalf but it is usually when he is stalling the whole match and is not trying to wrestle against him. Did you see the Nationals. Metcalf went out took him down and then pulled a Palmer and stalled the rest of the match. Palmer did not know what to do when Metcalf gave him nothing to counter. It was Metcalfs finest payback.

I don't know if I'd call that "soundly" beating the guy. It was 3-1 match.

really are you serious he shoots all the time he wins by major and tech almost every match his aggression is why palmer beat him earlier today metcalf shot in tried to go straight for the pin and got put on his back alls palmer does is counter

I am glad Metcalf torqued Palmers left knee almost to the point of breaking it, and Palmer just lays there and cries.....that is payback for all the shoulders that Palmer ripped apart on his previous opponents with the power-half he runs.....

HAHA Palmer loses.....but I really dont like Metcalf either, all he does is lean on your head and push forward and backward.

im not putting him down he just stalls he didn't take one shot on metcalf in his matches at nals or big ten tourney he's a hell of a defensive wrestler that all he does is waits for scramble situations
