@fLo777com It's not true, you muscles consist of fibers, the fibres in the chest go from side to side, fibers are like ropes, if you pull a rope, the force is the same in the whole rope, that's why you can't target inside or outside. only upper or lower (because then you contract different fibers.

@NielsG070 you CAN target the inner chest by putting more pressure and more squeeze to the inner or outer chest for example: butterflys or push ups with your hands close together or the hands further away.

Also you can't focus on detail by lowering weight and higher reps, the ONLY things you can do is 1. Grow your chest in pure SIZE (not shape) 2. Grow different VERTICAL (not horizontal) positions (lower, middle, upper) by decline, flat and incline. 3. Lowering you BODY FAT for more detail. The rest of your chest shape comes down to genetics.

@trueplaya20 time to step up. I am sure he can use twice the weight. I saw few smaller Russians in my gym using 110lb dumbbells.
